Routing & Planning Analyst

I handle routing projects from planning through fieldwork and final delivery. Most of the job is figuring out what actually works once you’re on the ground.

About

Plans don’t always match reality. A lot of my work is going into the field, validating routes, and figuring out where things break down. For example tight turns, clearance issues, and infrastructure constraints. From there, I’m responsible for putting everything together into something usable. Usually recording what the risks are, what needs to change, and what’s actually feasible. I typically manage multiple projects at once and work fairly independently, so a lot of it comes down to staying organized and making good decisions with incomplete information.

Recognition

December 2025 - Peak Performer

Selected as a Peak Performer on the Routing & Planning team for improving internal tools and workflows, expanding government-affairs reference data, and stepping up during the busiest period in LPG history while supporting both CAD (HQ) and field operations teams.

“Ty has done incredible work in adapting his programming skills to benefit the Routing Team, from enabling more efficient map construction to expanding the team's government affairs databases. In addition to this, he rose to the challenge of the busiest summer LPG history, tackling projects back-to-back, even stepping up to assist the CAD team here at HQ and our FO team in the field.”

— Dalton Ribble, Routing & Planning Manager, Logisticus Project Group

February 2026 - MAASTO Conference Recognition

Recognized internally following participation in the SC&RA Specialized Transportation Symposium, where I helped represent LPG in industry conversations and relationship-building efforts. Leadership later highlighted my contribution in helping position the company for an invitation to present at the MAASTO Annual Conference in Cincinnati.

“We have been invited to present on behalf of LPG at the MAASTO Annual Conference in Cincinnati this August … Major kudos to Ty for making a major impact on MAASTO leadership.”
